- Why is the number not published yet?
- Because we are setting founding pricing with our first cohort of working trainers, and founding members keep that price for life. The number goes public the day early access opens. What is already decided: it is flat, it includes everything, and there are no transaction fees.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. You will be able to try Trainote with real clients before paying anything, and we cap the free experience by usage rather than by an arbitrary clock, because a record only proves itself once it has some history in it.
- What about contracts?
- Month to month, always. If Trainote stops earning its place in your workflow, you leave with your data. That standard exists in this industry mostly in the breach; we intend to be the exception.
